The COE HR Systems and Analytics drives HR digitalization at PALFINGER and supports the management and optimization of our current process and system landscape. To enable this, it supports global initiatives and leads individual projects. The department also provides analytical support for troubleshooting, reporting/data management and improving processes to increase the operational efficiency of HR.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESHR Systems Support: Provide day-to-day operational support for our system landscape in Success Factors, troubleshooting issuesData Management and Reporting: Support data entry, data validation, generate standard and ad-hoc reports for HR and business stakeholdersAct as an international point of contact to our HR community and build sustainable networks and working relationshipsProcess Improvement: Contribute to system improvements by identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency within HR processes and workflows – especially with upcoming AI functionalityUser Training & Documentation: train HR users on system functionality and best practices, ensuring that all users are equipped to effectively use the HR systems and create documentation and learning materialSystem Testing and Release Mgt: Assist in testing new system features and upgrades, ensuring proper functionality and alignment with organizational needsYOUR QUALIFICATIONSDegree in (international) business administration or IT or comparable degreeExperience with Success Factors or similar HR solutions is beneficialKnow how in Microsoft Office applications (esp.
