In this position as a Project Manager (m/f/d) in our " Clean Air Technologies " division in Raaba-Grambach, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating international large-scale plant engineering projects.
Your Responsibilities
1. Overall responsibility for the implementation of the project, considering cost development, contractual conditions (standards, regulations), scheduling, quality concerns, and internal company regulations.
2. Project planning and control in coordination with the commercial project management and project team
3. Managing customer relationships, correspondence, and negotiations
4. Defining guidelines and monitoring claim and risk management
5. Ongoing reporting and preparation of internal and external reports together with the commercial project manager
6. Leading, coordinating, and motivating the project team in close collaboration with specialist departments
7. Coordinating procurement in cooperation with purchasing management and engineers
8. Ensuring compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) regulations in collaboration with the HSE Manager
9. Interface management at the individual project level, including coordination of project tasks and clear delineation of responsibilities between disciplines
10. Project completion, documentation of lessons learned, and handover to the service organization
Your Profile
11. Completed technical education (HTL, TU/FH,, in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering).
12. Several years of relevant project management experience in international plant engineering
13. Experience in claim and contract management
14. Solid commercial understanding
15. Excellent English skills
16. Proficiency in scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera
17. High resilience and sense of responsibility
18. Independent, structured, and meticulous working style
19. Strong communication skills, team spirit, and willingness to travel worldwide
