As an Office Allrounder (m/w/x) at MAD Ventures, you keep our small office community - consisting of five young companies - running smoothly. You handle general office tasks, act as the first point of contact for organizational questions related to office management, and ensure order throughout the entire floor. You enjoy plenty of creative freedom, actively contribute to planning company events, and lend a helping hand wherever needed.
Tasks
* Managing incoming mail (emails, postal mail, etc.) and handling preliminary accounting and file organization
* Serving as the contact person for property management, office equipment, and office supply orders
* Ensuring a tidy and professional appearance in the reception area and shared spaces incl. our kitchen
* Assisting with planning and organizing company events
* Preparing and maintaining meeting rooms
Requirements
YOUR MUST HAVES
* High level of initiative, self-reliance, and a hands-on mentality
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a team-oriented mindset
* Strong communication skills (in both German and English)
* Proficiency in digital tools (e.g. MS Office 365)
