* Independently and autonomously advising and informing university staff (travellers and their superiors) in connection with travel activities
* Digitalisation and quality assurance
* Independent and autonomous payment of business travel expenses in travel management for all university staff including the ULG area
Your profile:
* Completed commercial or vocational school or commercial training, basic knowledge of tax law
* Sound knowledge of internal university processes and IT programmes (VIS:online, PM-SAP, UNIPERS HR SAP, Doxis)
* Very good knowledge of German and English
* Very good knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and SAP
* Independent working style, commitment, proactive behaviour, strong teamwork and communication skills, flexibility, service orientation, discretion, ability to work in a structured and analytical manner, problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure
For this position in job group IIIa, a minimum gross salary of € 2.599 per month (14 times) * is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
