As a Product Manager at Emarsys, you will be a key player in delivering our growth plan by being at the heart of technology, business, and user experience. You will be a member of Mobile RnD area that builds innovative mobile channel offerings using the latest technologies. Your challenge will be to establish a bridge between the expectations of our customers and the realities of development and technology. We have a world-class product organization, be part of it!
YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage the full product life cycle by ensuring that the product generates maximum value and meets business goals.
* Identify the most important user problems and define use-cases by analyzing the needs of customers, prospects, and competitors.
* Work with developers, UX designers, Data Scientists and ensure that the team finds the best solutions.
* Drive innovation by evolving the existing mobile products or coming up with new product ideas.
* Create and communicate the product strategy to external and internal stakeholders.
* Define, negotiate, approve, and track product OKRs and build the product line roadmap.
* Manage the release of the product.
* Ensure product training and documentation is world class.
YOUR PROFILE
* You are passionate about mobile technology, software products and have the skills and experience to make an impact.
* You are naturally curious and have the digger gene, you love to deep drive into topics.
* You are a people person with the skills to influence and balance competing priorities.
* You are familiar with agile methodologies and understand how dual-track product development works (Discovery & Delivery).
* You know how to turn complex problems into opportunities and solutions.
* You have experience in driving complex product initiatives to reach high business impact.
* You focus on results and utilize a wide range of skillsets including A/B Testing; User Testing; Analytics; UI; Market Research; Competitor Analysis; Defining Metrics.
* Your communication is clear and to the point.
