Job: Junior Change Manager with focus on communication (m/f/d)
Job Overview
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Junior Change Manager with a focus on communication. Are you a confident communicator? As our junior change and communication specialist, you will ensure that our international customer projects (IT/change initiatives) achieve their goals on time and budget by significantly increasing their usage and adoption of Microsoft 365 applications. Your role will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, technologies, job roles, and organizational structures.
Your Tasks
* Collaborate with international customers and our CCO to organize change with change management and change communication and create transparency
* Develop communication strategies and roadmaps to improve adoption of IT projects (especially Microsoft 365)
* Increase adoption towards the development of the modern workspace as well as Microsoft 365 applications
* Collaborate with the internal communications team as well as IT departments to ensure all activities are coordinated and messages are delivered on time and through the proper channels
* Provide consulting services related to Microsoft 365 with a focus on change management and communications
* Creation of marketing and communications materials (guides, fact sheets, presentations, web content)
* Creation and provision of training materials and delivery of training in Microsoft 365
* Assist in design, development, implementation, and revision of project plans
Your Skills
* You have at least two years of professional experience in a similar position and/or have a bachelor’s degree in a similar field
* You can foster a dynamic corporate culture and involve stakeholders as well as create transparency and belonging in companies
* You have a basic knowledge of change management principles, methods, and tools
* You have experience in creating and executing enterprise-wide communication activities and communication strategies for IT and change projects
* You have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
* You have good German and English skills
* You have experience in presentation development, editing, and proofreading
* You can break down complex, technical concepts and explain them in simplified verbal and written form
* You are ready for continuous learning and training in communications, change management, and IT
* You demonstrate computer proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps

This position’s salary is a statutory minimum annual salary of € 35,784 gross based on full-time employment. Our current salaries are in line with the market and take into account qualifications and experience. We are willing to overpay, depending on professional experience and qualifications.
