Your Responsibilites
Design and guide all global people development processes, including talent development, performance feedback, and succession planning. Lead efforts to build a strong corporate culture and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
Talent Development:
1. Develop and deliver employee training, mentoring and coaching programs for all levels to enhance skills and support career growth in alignment with company goals.
2. Design and implement a global talent management process
3. Organize the annual performance review process, design promotion policies and facilitate career-pathing for high-potential employees.
4. Developing global retention programs and employee engagement survey as well as setting KPIs to track employee retention.
5. Responsibility for our PALfit team which fosters physical, mental and social health by providing holistic health programs.
Talent Acquisition:
6. Develop global strategies and programs to attract and select high-potential talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and continuously improving sourcing and hiring procedures for a highly effective recruiting process.
7. Design and implement employer branding initiatives with marketing to enhance digital visibility and strengthen the employer brand.
8. Manage a central team of recruiting experts for EMEA and in dotted line the regional recruiting teams in NAM, LATAM and Asia.
Your Qualifications
9. MSc in Human Resources or relevant field.
10. > 8 years of work experience as Director or VP of Talent Management in an international role (minimum EMEA, optional as external consultant).
11. Hands-on experience with learning and development programs as well as familiarity with performance management procedures and HR software.
12. Solid business acumen and eagerness to innovate.
13. Inspiring and exemplary leadership, energetic with excellent interpersonal, networking and intercultural skills.
14. Fluent in English (German optional).

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 65.,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
