Senior HR Total Rewards Consultant
At Emarsys a Senior HR Total Rewards Consultant works in close collaboration with Total Rewards Lead and People Team community on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the end-to-end Total Rewards processes, practices, policies, and procedures that drive employee engagement.
YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Executing the TR Strategy
1. Assists in the delivery and adoption of complex Total Rewards solutions in line with strategic objectives, financial budgets, legislative, and business requirements as requested by the C-Suite, People Leadership, and the business.
2. Assists the preparation of the Annual Compensation Review
3. Provides all kind of support for the Annual Variable Pay Program working closely with the Commission Team and Global People Ops.
4. Keeps track of employee benefits globally. Develops benefit communications.
5. Assesses best practices and creates Total Rewards solutions based on business requirements and in close collaboration with regional People Business Partner (PBP) and Talent Development.
6. Consults regional People BP for TR case-by-case decisions.
7. Supports for TR and compensation related questions with focus on best user experience and performance culture.
Reporting & TR Analysis
8. Creation of reports, monitoring of TR key figures
9. Contributing to the annual compensation planning cycle with pre- and post-ACR-analysis.
10. Working on continuous optimization and automatization of processes as well as TR reporting.
Guidelines & Administrative Tasks
11. Responsibility to keep changes of the Global Job Architecture and its salary ranges up-to-date.
12. Ensures the TR information on SharePoints for multiple stakeholders supports the Emarsys TR Strategy.
13. Supports Global People Operations with reporting and administrative tasks.
YOUR PROFILE
14. University degree in business administration (ideally with specialization in HRM) and 3-4 years of equivalent experience in an international company in HR and/or TR function
15. Experience with Rewards Integration and Stakeholder Management
16. Great at working with numbers and highly responsible personality.
17. Analytical and precise working style
18. Good understanding for system interrelationships as well as high service orientation and solid organizational skills
19. Knowledge and interest in software operation and HR controlling.
20. Experience with different HR or Finance Tools such as Success Factors or QlikView serves as an advantage.
21. Excellent MS-Office knowledge esp. MS Excel
22. Excellent English-language skills
23. Cooperates with multiple HR functions such as Global People Ops, Recruiting, Talent Development, and regional People teams on various initiatives.
24. Performs other duties and HR projects as assigned.

32. An annual gross salary starting from EUR *43,078.-- gross/year (38.5 hours/week) plus additional performance related rewards, depending on your professional qualification and experience.
