Ready to make a lasting impact on Worldline's daily onboarding process? Within the Digital Boarding team, we are looking for passionate and motivated students to help shape the future of the onboarding journey in payments. You will have a chance to take full ownership of the project. You will start with in-depth user, trend, and market research (depending on the topic). Then, using Design Thinking methodology (e.g., futuring, backcasting, speculative design techniques to name a few), imagine new digital experiences. To bring your ideas to life, you will be tasked with designing a walkable user journey on Figma. Our goal is to go beyond industry standards and design bold, creative, and innovative new experiences. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
1. Plan and conduct user, trend, and market research
2. Identify and document user, trend, and market needs
3. Employ Design Thinking process and techniques to suggest new digital experiences
4. Design and prototype (on Figma) user experiences based on research findings
5. Critically reflect and challenge existing norms and standards
