ooblee is a fast-growing international company with an office in Vienna. Our platform revolutionizes digital savings and rewards by seamlessly integrating with banks, credit card issuers, loyalty programs, and large online platforms (e.g., travel, booking, and subscription services). Our AI-powered rewards ecosystem ensures that users automatically earn Ooblee rewards every time they shop, pay, or engage with partner brands—without changing their spending habits.
We’re looking for a B2B Partnerships Manager to drive strategic collaborations and scale our B2B network. This position is based in Vienna and follows a hybrid work mode (office in the 2nd district, offline meetings with partners and home office).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Loyalty & Payment Partnerships
o Prepare, negotiate and conclude partnerships with banks, payment systems, retail chains and other retail companies, enabling customers to earn ooblee rewards on purchases made with their existing cards.
o Strategize, negotiate and implement ooblee integration with supermarket, fuel, and retail loyalty programs, allowing seamless reward collection by their customers.
o Collaborate with digital wallets and payment aggregators to add ooblee as a rewards layer for their transactions.
o Negotiate co-branded reward campaigns with partners to drive engagement and retention of their customers.
2. E-Commerce & Marketplace Expansion
o Contract and onboard single-brand online stores, multi-brand marketplaces, and retail chains into the ooblee Marketplace.
o Build strategic alliances with shopping malls, digital retail aggregators, and global online platforms (e.g., travel, subscriptions, and digital services) to extend ooblee’s reach.
o Optimize incentive models for online merchants, ensuring maximum conversions and seamless reward integration.
o Work with product and tech teams to streamline merchant onboarding and ensure a frictionless shopping experience.
Requirements:
* Completed higher education in business administration, commerce, marketing, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic B2B sales.
* Practical skills in managing B2B partnerships, loyalty programs, and e-commerce integrations.
* Strong presentation, persuasion and negotiation skills.
* Language proficiency: German solid B2 or higher, and English solid B2 or higher (proven with language certificates, academic success, or ability to conduct a job interview in both languages).
* Proactive and result-oriented mindset.
