ALPA’s training team is growing and looking for a Travelling Workplace Trainer to join our team. Ideally, you will have workplace training experience, but training is what we do, so we’re willing to train the right person.
As a Travelling Workplace Trainer, you’ll represent everything that ALPA stands for. You’ll get to immerse yourself in the rich traditions and languages of the remote Indigenous communities we work in, whilst making a meaningful impact on people’s lives. You’ll also have plenty of opportunities for professional growth and skill development.
You’ll get to travel to some of the most beautiful and remote locations in the Northern Territory while delivering training programs to participants based in First Nations communities. We’re looking for people with training experience in retail, community services, and LLN as well as first aid or construction.

This position is based in Darwin, but frequent travel to remote Aboriginal communities is essential. This role will require travel with overnight stays for 2 weeks out of the month.
