About Our ClientOur client in Lower Austria is an international automotive Tier1 supplier that develops and manufactures mechatronic serial products which are integrated into the vehicle.Job DescriptionAs a Cyber Security Engineer (m/f/d), you will serve as the central point of contact for all cyber security matters within the customer project, liaising with internal teams, customers, and suppliers. Your responsibilities will include moderating meetings to address cybersecurity requirements, defining the methods and tools to be utilized in the project, and planning and coordinating cybersecurity-related reviews, audits, and assessments. Additionally, you will be tasked with tracking cyber security issues within the project, writing statements to articulate your employer company's stance on cyber security, and making decisions to approve or reject cybersecurity work products. In collaboration with the Project Manager, you will also manage and delegate cybersecurity tasks within the project.The Successful ApplicantThe role requires established knowledge of automotive-relevant cybersecurity standards, such as ISO/SAE 21434, and familiarity with cybersecurity management methods like TARA. Candidates must possess advanced English skills, a strong orientation towards processes, and the ability to assert themselves effectively.
