About the Role
We are seeking an energetic Senior Strata Manager to join our people-focused and successful Strata and Community Management team. This diverse and hands-on role will be focused on the day-to-day management of a portfolio of owners' corporations, maintaining close liaison with the Strata Council and lot owners.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Position and protect the performance of assigned assets
* Regular inspections
* Compliance management
* Management of conflicts, complaints, and dispute resolution
* Co-ordinate maintenance and repairs of properties and facilities contracts
* Management of insurance and risk
* General duties as required under the Act, including the preparation and distribution of notices of Annual General Meetings, Council Meetings, and Extraordinary General Meetings
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Strata Manager with an eye for detail, who enjoys forging relationships and takes pride in exceptional service delivery. Experience using Property IQ will set you apart from other applicants and the following will position you for success:
* Excellent communication, relationship, and negotiation skills
* A positive and solution-focused attitude
* Strong working knowledge of the Strata Titles Act of WA
* Strong working knowledge of strata management services, building services, and real estate market activities
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Proactive and self-motivated with the desire to add value to the team
