All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
1. As a technical project manager, you will manage cross-functional projects for business applications from conception to implementation. In doing so, you will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope and on budget.
To this end, you will develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
To achieve your goal and ensure success, you will continuously monitor and measure project performance and manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs using internal tools and guidelines.
You will also coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors and manage the relationship with all stakeholders for the smooth delivery of projects.
Providing technical advice and guidance is also part of your varied responsibilities.
In addition, you will keep up to date with new technologies, project management trends and best practices.
2. As a service and system owner you will manage and maintain services to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement in cooperation with the involved stakeholders.
You will also maintain service and support documentation for owned services, ensuring their accessibility and quality.
3. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
4. Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector
5. Solid technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies
6. Profound written and verbal communication skills in dealing with customers and within the company, mainly in English
7. Strong working knowledge and/or easy adoption of Microsoft Office and project management tools
8. PMP / IPMA / PRINCE II certification is a plus
9. Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
10. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
11. Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
12. Travel 0-10%
