Due to the very good order situation, we are now looking for a Lead Engineer for the system architecture of energy storage systems at the location in Styria.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. You provide technical leadership for a team responsible for the system architecture of energy storage systems.
2. You have technical responsibility for the basic layout of the systems.
3. You carry out effort and resource planning for all project requests.
4. You are the primary contact person for customers for the overall system and translate customer needs into technical requirements for your team.
5. You are the technical decision-maker in the field of energy storage systems and related architecture issues.
6. Support business development by providing expertise in customer discussions.
7. Lead the daily work of the technical project team members.
8. Evaluate and review the work results of the project team and provide guidance to ensure accuracy and quality of work according to relevant guidelines and processes.
9. Prepare and conduct technical status presentations for customers.
10. Review and approve technical reports and other technically relevant documents.
11. Provide technical support (as needed) for departments and teams.
YOUR PROFILE:
1. Master's or PhD degree in one of the following fields of study: physics, process engineering, chemical engineering, or mechanical engineering.
2. Profound understanding of energy storage systems.
3. Comprehensive experience in systems engineering (SE), system simulation, and operational strategy (OpS).
4. Understanding of applicable standards and certification processes.
5. Integrity, MATLAB/SIMULINK, and CRUISE M.

Our client offers a minimum gross annual salary of EUR 60,000 for this position. Of course, there is a willingness to significantly overpay depending on professional experience and qualifications.
