Senior Solution Sales Executive (f/m/d) Finance and Spend Management

What you'll do:
1. Collaborate with the end-to-end account owner to drive solution-specific sales motions with a dedicated focus on SAP’s oCFO and Procurement products.
2. Generate demand, manage the pipeline, and close opportunities.
3. Create opportunity plans that highlight compelling solution value propositions.
4. Collaborate with the broader account team on sales initiatives.
5. Manage customer relationships at both the solution area and buying center levels.
6. Advance opportunities for cloud migration, expanding accounts, or entering new accounts in the solution area.
7. Utilize a comprehensive understanding of company operations, business models, strategies, and processes.
8. Stay informed about SAP’s competitors and their value drivers.
9. Leverage SAP’s extensive team of experts and industry insights to effectively address customer needs.
10. Encourage customer participation in relevant SAP communities, programs, and events.
11. Foster collaboration with the partner ecosystem.
What you bring:
1. Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
2. Ability to build relationships and quickly gain the trust of C-level executives.
3. Highly professional written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
4. Capability to work effectively in a sales team environment.
5. Proven expertise in contracts and negotiations.
6. Experience driving renewals and robust commercial support skills, especially subscription-based services.
7. Over five years of proven success selling enterprise software in customer-facing roles, particularly in Procurement, Finance, GRC, and order-to-cash SaaS solutions.
8. Previous software sales experience in Procurement, Finance/AP, Treasury, or ERP.
9. Experience in demand generation using the latest digital and social selling techniques.
10. Knowledge of the financial, competitive, and regulatory environment.
Education:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, management, information systems, finance, procurement, or a related field.
