ESG Risk Management Expert (f/m/d)
How You'll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
* Responsible for ESG risk management integrated into our risk management system with focus on risk assessments and mitigations.
* Consolidate existing data and risk assessments to enhance our risk management system by following globally acknowledged standards, regulatory trends, and case law.
* Implement tools and controls to promote group-wide collaboration, monitoring, and reporting obligations.
* Work in a matrix with colleagues from different markets and senior stakeholders to provide central oversight of the effectiveness of the management systems.
* Be part of a global compliance and risk organization.
* Provide guidance and advice on risk management issues.
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
* Bachelor's degree in law, business, data, information technology, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in a risk or compliance role, focusing on risk management.
* In-depth knowledge of risk and compliance management standards.
* Business fluent in English.
* Analytical thinking and ability to work on complex issues independently.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from EUR 52.700*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification.
