* Developing, defining & implementing the Product Roadmap: You drive disruptive product breakthroughs by developing a global product roadmap from ideation, product specification, make-or-buy decision to launch. You oversee the complete life cycle including hardware, software, and services in order to reach market share targets. With proactive collaboration with sales, brands and R&D, you ensure that the roadmap is implemented in the market.
* Managing, monitoring & evaluating the performance: You are bearing the full responsibility for the product families' profitability alignment with company goals ensuring on-time, on-cost delivery and strategic positioning, while supporting marketing plans and optimizing pricing strategies. You keep an eye on and assess the portfolio’s performance in conjunction with the brands to facilitate investment decisions.
* Gathering trends & providing innovation: In order to identify competitive attributes and value proposition, you collaborate with Market Intelligence and Sales to analyse global markets, technologies, competitors and customer trends. By using advanced methodologies and tools you stay ahead by identifying customer needs, opportunities, and risks for strategic positioning against competition.
* Providing trainings & presentations: You provide product and application knowledge through inspiring in-depth trainings, demonstrations and presentations for customers and other stakeholders and sales teams in particular.
* Collaboration & Communication: You collaborate with convenience and provide a level-one interface with all relevant stakeholders – Application Management, Brand Marketing, Pricing, Sales, Product Development, PMO, Innovation Hub, Global Launch Management, Market Intelligence, Production as the crucial link to achieve the best results for our customers and our business plan.
Your Profile:
* Education: You have successfully completed a bachelor degree with either a profound technical understanding or very strong interest in technology.
* Experience: You gained 2+ years comparable experience and demonstrated success within a product management, sales or a product focused role, ideally in a technology, industrial, B2B, electro-mechanical equipment goods, or consumer electronics environment.
* Skills: Due to your excellent quantitative and analytical skills, your strategic, modern, entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset it is easy for you to create product-roadmaps and portfolios and implement them with your ideally professional project-management skills and/or your very organized way of working – that is your success factor.
* Communication: You have exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate, influence and challenge confidently across all levels, orchestrating interdisciplinary, decentralized and remote teams into outstanding success.
* Team Player: You are an enthusiastic, dialogue-oriented and committed team player.
* Mindset: You have a curious, agile mindset and you are open to new ideas, trends and topics. You care about “Sustainability” issues and this influences your decisions.
* Presentation Skills: You are a passionate and excited person who enjoys presenting, telling stories and communicating in a very pleasant, credible and empathic way, fluent in English and ideally in German as well.
* Attitude: Personally, you have a “never to give up” attitude and a “walk the talk” mentality combined with an authentic, close binding, consistent, trustful, self-confident and resilient appearance.
* Willingness to Travel: You support the brand's and its product offers' external market presence by being willing to travel abroad (20% of the time).
