Strategic Sales & Alliance Manager (m/f/d)

As a Strategic Sales & Alliance Manager(m/f/d), you will be the first dedicated sales hire. You’ll work directly with a co-founder to shape our sales strategy, strengthen partnerships (especially with Google Cloud), and drive revenue growth. This is your chance to build a scalable, high-performing sales function from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
1. Own the full sales cycle for Google Cloud solutions (Infrastructure, Data & AI, Workspace).
2. Develop and execute account strategies to exceed sales targets.
3. Identify new business opportunities and drive lead generation.
4. Craft tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
5. Alliance & Partner Management
6. Build and strengthen relationships with Google Cloud stakeholders.
7. Collaborate on business planning, co-selling, joint marketing, and event participation.
8. Leverage Google Cloud Partnership incentive programs to support sales.
9. Manage partnerships with ISVs like Elastic, Kong, and Cameyo.
10. Sales Process & Strategic Growth
11. Define and optimize sales processes, tools, and KPIs.
12. Develop sales collateral and support marketing initiatives.
13. Drive adoption of new solutions (e.g., Google Agentspace, Cameyo VDI).
14. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within our customer base.
What We’re Looking For
1. Experience: At least 5 years of B2B technology sales experience, ideally in cloud computing, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the DACH region.
2. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of cloud computing (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Experience selling Google Workspace or managing alliances is a plus.
3. Problem Solver: A strategic, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate complex deals, optimize sales processes, and drive revenue growth.
4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Fluent in German and English, with excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
5. Customer-Focused: Passionate about delivering value-driven solutions, building trust, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
6. Adaptability & Resilience: You are comfortable working in dynamic environments where priorities may shift. You approach challenges with a clear mind, adapt quickly, and see uncertainty as an opportunity to create value and drive results.

We offer a competitive starting salary of 85,000€ per year including a variable component, with opportunities for negotiation depending on your expertise and career accomplishments.
