All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
1. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Channel Strategy Team to ensure POSM and segment recommendations are aligned, while also working hand-in-hand with the Procurement Product Development team to drive efficiency in new POSM creations and strategies. You’ll lead the kickoff and development of new POS ranges and stay on top of trends by attending key industry trade shows.
2. This role focuses on driving the Energy Zones strategy and aligning Main Placement tools with the Category team to ensure consistency and impact. You'll be responsible for developing new tools, providing clear guidance to markets, and keeping die lines updated for locally sourced materials.
3. In this position, you’ll lead the development of new visibility tools, offer strategic guidance to markets, and ensure die lines are regularly updated to support locally sourced materials.
4. In this role, you'll manage all local sourcing requests to ensure design consistency across markets. Success will depend on strong collaboration and alignment with the Global Procurement VISIT team.
5. In this role, you'll connect our Global Trade Marketing and Off-Premise community to essential resources—like best practices, insights, toolkits, and guidelines—by managing POS Development communication platforms. You'll also support markets throughout the business planning process and provide feedback backed by actionable insights on key Trade Marketing topics.
6. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Sales, Communication or similar
7. Fluent in English. Other languages advantageous, but not required
8. Minimum 5+ years of FMCG experience within Sales, Trade Marketing or Brand Marketing, preferably within beverages
9. Proficient understanding of POS development and production
10. Understanding of sales processes and experience working with retailers
11. Understanding of brand marketing
12. Innovative, solution-oriented and creative mind-set with problem solving and strategic thinking skills
13. Excellent communicator with openness to understand and adapt to cultural nuances
14. Advanced Power Point skills. Experience in design suites such as Photoshop preferable but not required
15. Good presentation skills
16. Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
