Here´s what you can look forward to
* You are a sparring partner for the Country Managers and local HR managers of our international companies and advise them on strategic and operational HR topics.
* You are a team member of Corporate HRBP International, with our headquarters located in Essen, Germany. The job requires travelling (as needed, approx. every 6-8 weeks)
* You identify optimisation potential and develop and implement new standards.
* You design HR projects at an international level and ensure implementation in the countries, e.g. in the areas of employee recruitment, performance management, management development, diversity, remuneration and benefits.
* You support the Workday project team in managing change and communication across our global organization.
* You will be involved in the recruitment process for top managers in the international companies.
* You will work closely with the country managers and local HR managers to develop and revise policies and optimise processes.
* In individual cases, you will accompany expatriates/impatriates and provide support for international assignments.
What we require of you
* You hold a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, or a related field.
* You have 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in an international setting.
* You bring expertise in performance management, talent development and cross-cultural communication.
* You are solutions-oriented and experienced in advising leaders and employees across multiple regions and navigating global HR challenges.
* You use HR data to drive strategic decisions and initiatives.
* You are fluent in English, with additional language skills (e.g., German) is a plus.
