We are a fast-paced business that grows daily and we are looking for a hard working and motivated individual to fill the Administrator role that we currently have available within our team.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Providing a high level of customer service, ensuring clients are well informed, kept up to date, troubleshooting issues and escalating them in an appropriate manner
* Scheduling work orders for the technicians in the field
* Communicating with Technicians and subcontractors to complete tasks
* Planning works with the service department
* Building and maintaining key relationships with our clients
* Telephone, email & communication management
* Prepare online orders for shipping/collection
* General day to day administration and office support
The successful individual will be driven, motivated and be capable of working independently and as part of a team. Office-based skills required will include:

* A professional and tidy appearance
* Great organisational skills
* Self motivated
* Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Email and general navigation is a must. SimPRO and Xero software experience is a plus)
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Commitment to a high standard of work and attention to detail
* Be a team player but also be able to work independently and confidently when required
* Ability and willingness to learn and develop skills within the industry
