As a Territory Sales Manager, you contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional regulatory services and solutions to healthcare providers. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting new customers through traditional and digital channels to expand Platomics' client base.ResponsibilitiesWorking out go-to-market plans for new products and services and executing them in agreement with company goals.Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the assigned territory. This includes identifying new business opportunities, conducting market analysis, and leveraging insights to drive sales initiatives.Setting up and signing collaboration agreements (for example Early Adopters) and contracts for new customers and partners in cooperation with the Legal Department.Together with the Customer Success team, build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Should be able to deal with multiple accounts (5-7 per week) and act as the primary contact for KOLs, lab associations, regulatory entities, and national authorities in the assigned area.In-depth knowledge of all diagnostic products and services offered. Educate healthcare providers on the benefits and applications of our products to facilitate their adoption and integration into their practices.Manage collaboration between Platomics and manufacturers with regard to their customers.Execution of feasibility projects, together with Product Management and Customer Success.Monitoring and analyzing competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development. Provide regular reports on territory performance, sales, and strategic insights to senior management.Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining the company's integrity and reputation in the healthcare industry.Attend conferences and events to act as a liaison between clients and Platomics and to stay up-to-date with market trends and the competitive landscape.Our team typically operates from our headquarters in Vienna, Austria. However, we also provide the opportunity for remote work with occasional visits to Vienna and a travel budget.
