Your Role
1. Support the growth team as the operational backbone, ensuring seamless collaboration between Regional Manager and Sr. Growth Managers across different markets.
2. Develop business strategies in alignment with team and company priorities, acting as the right hand to the Regional Manager.
3. Execute the company's marketing and growth strategy, driving initiatives that align with business objectives. Channels include digital campaigns, PR, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and offline activations.
4. Address ad-hoc requests and problem-solving tasks, proactively overcoming roadblocks in execution and strategy implementation.
5. Measure marketing efforts' effectiveness, analyze performance data and synthesize insights into reports and presentations for the regional manager.
6. Support strategic regional initiatives, preparing market analyses, competitive benchmarking, and growth roadmaps.
7. Develop and maintain operational processes in line with the business plan and strategy.
8. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (product, legal, compliance, etc.) to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with company priorities.
What We Look For In You
1. You must be hands-on, execution-oriented, willing, and able to drive progress on existing projects as well as plan the delivery of new activities.
2. Strong project management skills and a history of delivering on objectives.
3. A track record of developing and implementing effective processes.
4. Strong analytical skills, especially in a growth marketing context.
5. A proven ability to work between cross-functional teams, including a self-starter mentality when it comes to picking up new concepts.
6. You should be self-motivated, a critical thinker and adept at working independently and in a dispersed team environment covering multiple and varied tasks.
7. Strong communication and presentation skills in English, both verbal and written.
8. Experience in Marketing/Growth in the FinTech industry.
9. A passion for crypto and digital assets.
