JobDescription We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head Chefspecializing in Chinese Cuisine to join our team in Vienna. Ourproduction kitchen serves high end airline clients, and we arelooking for someone with relevant experience in cooking Indiancuisine in similar operations. In this role, you''ll beresponsible for managing the day to day operations of the Chinesecuisine section in our production kitchen. You''ll supervise andlead a team of chefs, while also training and mentoring them inIndian cuisine techniques, ingredients, and cooking methods.Your keen eye for detail and dedication to excellence will ensurethat food preparation and presentation adhere to both company andindustry standards. With your leadership skills, you''ll be able tomanage inventory and purchasing of Indian cuisine ingredients,equipment, and supplies.
