The Sourcing Leader is responsible for overseeing the procurement strategy and operations across the entire organization (Factories & Field; EMEA, APAC & NAM). This role involves developing and implementing purchasing policies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective procurement of goods and services. The Sourcing Leader will lead a team of procurement professionals and work closely with other departments to support the company's strategic goals.

1. Strategic Planning:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
2. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
3. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
2. Supplier Management:
1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
2. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
3. Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvement plans as needed.
3. Operational Management:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the purchasing department.
2. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
3. Manage the procurement budget and track expenditures.
4. Team Leadership:
1. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of procurement professionals.
2. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
3. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
5. Risk Management:
1. Identify and mitigate risks associated with the supply chain.
2. Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions.
3. Ensure the security and integrity of the supply chain.
6. Collaboration:
1. Work closely with other departments, such as finance, operations, and logistics, to support overall business objectives.
2. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Qualifikationen
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
3. Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
