As an IT Service Engineer in the telecommunications sector, you will work independently for a software company based in Tyrol. Your primary responsibilities include installing and configuring our call center and mediation applications for enterprise clients.
Your day-to-day tasks involve office work, remote tasks, and occasional on-site client visits. You will lead client workshops, coordinate with internal teams, partner companies, and customers, as well as prepare comprehensive technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Installation and maintenance of software solutions at client sites
* Conducting client training sessions and providing software support to clients
* Customizing and configuring software installations to meet client needs
* Offering technical assistance to the sales team
* Planning and implementation of AI assistant solutions together with the customer
Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
* Educational background in IT or telecommunications (HTL or university degree preferred)
* Strong knowledge in telecommunications or networking technologies
* Excellent communication skills in both German and English
