About the role
Early Education Holdings is seeking an experienced Assistant Centre Director to join our dynamic team in our Nerang location. With the option of this including the Educational leader role depending on desire and experience.
In this full-time or part-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality educational experiences for children aged 0-5 years, and be involved in continuing the centre's legacy Bush Kinder program.
Your expertise and passion for early childhood development will be instrumental in shaping the learning environment and supporting the professional growth of our educators.
What you'll be doing
* Support // Plan and implement engaging, play-based learning programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
* Foster positive relationships with children, families, and the broader community
* Mentor and support the professional development of educators within the centre
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the centre's educational practices and operations
What we're looking for
* Experience in an Assistant Centre Director role or desire to step back into such a role.
* Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy and curriculum development
* Demonstrated ability to create engaging, play-based learning environments that support children's holistic development
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Enthusiasm for continuous learning and a commitment to professional development
* Current First Aid, CPR, and Working with Children Check
