Job Duties:
* Involvement in research and collaboration on research projects, particularly in the areas of digitalization, the potential of digitalization, and the use of artificial intelligence in the corporate context. The focus is on researching AI as a tool for solving operational challenges, analyzing the prerequisites and application scenarios for the use of AI, and dealing with ethical and social issues (e.g. protection of privacy, data protection) in dealing with AI technologies.
* Teaching duties at the institute (in German and English).
* Assistance with institute administration and course coordination.
* Possibility to work on the dissertation.
Your Qualifications:
* Completed diploma/master's degree in business informatics, computer science, or business administration with a corresponding specialization or equivalent qualification or equivalent university degree abroad.
* Interest in research in the fields of digitalization as well as models and concepts for digitalization and agility, particularly the identification of potential with regard to bimodal IT.
* Very good written and spoken German and English (German level C1, English level C1).
* Experience in relevant research projects and/or relevant practical experience as well as experience in teaching are recommended.
* Experience in the conceptualization, planning, or management of AI projects as well as an understanding of data protection aspects and ethical issues in connection with the use of AI.
* Social competence and personal engagement are required.
