As Head ABC Made you will be responsible for leading the development of creative strategies and the identification of the best options for development of key creative assets to deliver on brand and campaign briefs.
The Job
* Collaborate with media, strategy and planning, to lead the delivery of cohesive integrated solutions for the marketing teams.
* Manage relationships with key agency partners to ensure cost efficient delivery of outcomes and pipeline of key art and creative work.
* Lead and manage a creative services team.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with key managers and with external stakeholders to deliver on channel and program creative strategies.
* Contribute to the annual planning, budget planning, governance and reporting for the Division.
* As a key member of the Audiences Executive make a major contribution to ABC’s strategic plans, prioritisation and offering into the future.
A seasoned professional, you'll have extensive experience in developing brand and program campaigns across multi-channels and platforms, translating into high level of awareness and engagement amongst audiences. You are passionate about content, and driving creative excellence through a proven track record of leading and managing high-performing creative teams.
You have significant experience in the leadership and development of teams, with highly developed relationship management and communication skills, and experience in negotiating, influencing and liaising with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes.
You will be able to demonstrate experience managing agency partnerships and working with external partners to deliver on ABC priorities.
You're a team player who is able to inspire and promote innovation and collaboration with the wider marketing, media and content teams.
