Your Tasks
1. Adopt and implement Armacell’s People Strategy and processes in the region
2. Promote employee engagement and nurture a positive work environment
3. Act as coaching Business Partner to the Senior Leaders and help them grow and develop their teams
4. Provide HR guidance to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with local labour law and regulations
5. Manage the day-to-day HR processes including recruitment, performance management, learning & development, and compensation & benefits
6. Act as “people development” pillar leader of the Armacell continuous improvement program
7. Drive adaptation and good use of the HRIS (Workday) across managers and employees and act as change champion for the further digitalization of HR processes
8. Manage relations with key stakeholders including employee representation and trade unions
9. Coordinate accurate payroll services and benefits administration
Your Profile
1. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Proven experience of min. 5 years as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner, preferably in a multinational manufacturing company
3. In-depth knowledge of labour law and regulations in Austria
4. Strong experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and employee development
5. Digitally skilled and competent handling of HRIS software, preferably Workday
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
7. Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities, coupled with a proactive and results-driven approach
8. Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal
