About the role
As Chief Product Officer (CPO) at Cropster, you will guide and shape our product vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring that our solutions continue to create meaningful impact for coffee professionals worldwide. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to develop products that are intuitive, adaptable, and aligned with customer needs, reinforcing Cropsters position as a trusted industry leader. Vision & Strategy
* Develop and communicate an inspiring product vision that aligns with Cropsters mission and business objectives.
* Guide the creation and implementation of a dynamic product portfolio strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and industry leadership.
* Recognize and respond to evolving trends in the coffee industry, technology, and sustainability, ensuring Cropster stays ahead of customer needs.
* Work collaboratively with the executive team to align product strategy with company wide priorities.

* Oversee the end to end product lifecycle, ensuring innovative and scalable solutions.
