Company Description
As a Product Manager (f/m/x) for FTIR Spectroscopy, you will work with a complex technology used across various industries (chemicals, pharmaceuticals, beverage production…) as a quality assurance tool. With a hands-on personality and a generalist approach, you will play a key role in driving the success of this emerging product line and contributing to the company’s overall growth.
Job Description
* Overseeing development projects in the role of a project sponsor: identifying market requirements and translating them into product specifications and software features
* Strategically expanding the application portfolio based on customer needs and market potential
* Conducting international travel for customer visits and sales seminars
* Planning and participating in product launches, marketing campaigns, and sales promotion activities
* Providing product-specific materials and information to support sales, partners, and customers
* Acting as an interface and point of contact for sales, development, production, and marketing
Qualifications
* Completed technical or scientific degree (e.g., chemistry, physics, materials science, or a related field)
* Ideally, additional business training or professional experience in product management or business development
* Independent and solution-oriented working style
* Willingness to travel internationally (at least 25%)
* Very good English skills (C1 or higher) in spoken and written form
* German skills at B1 level or higher
* Strong team spirit, proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on mentality

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month on a full-time basis, excluding overtime): € 3.700 to € 4.800.
