* Drive cross-team collaboration and alignment while fostering independence and ownership.
Qualifikationen
* Experienced in agile values and principles as well as frameworks such as Scrum, scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, Nexus), Kanban, XP, Lean, and systems thinking/complexity theory.
* At least 2 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master.
* Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).
* Strong attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and organizational talent.
* Ability to prioritize and balance competing demands effectively.
* Reliable, communicative, and self-driven team player.
* What would excite us (but not a must): previous experience in E-Commerce – familiarity with the Atlassian suite (Jira and Confluence) – Scrum Master certification – experience with multicultural and distributed teams.

Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt, bei Berufseinstieg je nach Qualifikation/Ausbildung € 42.532,00 brutto p.a. (Vollzeit) - eine weitere Überzahlung ist je nach Berufserfahrung selbstverständlich möglich und erfolgt marktkonform.
