Please note, that this position is based at our Commercial Operations Site in Vienna (AT) and requires an on-site presence of at least 50%.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for execution, monitoring and analysis of the agreed tactical plans in order to ensure the growth of the brand - Lead the development of promotional activities in line with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines.
* Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts and expenses and assess the marketing mix of the product to evaluate cost effectiveness and results.
* Strategic and operational marketing planning and brand management.
* Qualitative and quantitative product planning (budget and sales forecasting).
* Launch management, including strategy development, pre-launch communication, monitoring during the launch phase, and post-launch activities.
* Close cooperation with Sandoz Product Managers & cross-functional Collaboration.
* Responsibility for product lifecycle management.
* Rollout of centrally developed promotional materials and sales support initiatives.
* Regular market and performance analysis, as well as monitoring the implementation of planned measures.
* Conducting competitor analysis and research.
* Organizing and supporting events.
* Facilitating communication and information sharing between marketing and sales force; attending regional and national sales meetings and maintaining regular contact with the sales force.
* Conducting product training sessions.
* Developing and implementing an omnichannel strategy for focus products, including content management.
What you’ll bring to the role:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
* Proven experience in managing cross-cultural teams and projects.
* Strong background in project management, ensuring timely and effective execution.
* Hands-on experience in operations management, driving efficiency and business success.
* Agile mindset with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
* Expertise in commercial excellence and strategic marketing planning.
* Strong digital marketing capabilities, leveraging data-driven approaches for customer engagement.
* Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
* In-depth knowledge of product strategy, marketing, and lifecycle management (PLM).
* Experience in stakeholder engagement and strategic partnership development.
* Deep understanding of the Austrian healthcare sector and its regulatory landscape.
* Fluency in English.
* Proficiency in German (mandatory).

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is EUR 64.023,54/year (on a full-time basis). In most cases, however, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
