Summary
Lead the Finance function for a country (typically small revenue as per the Core Grid). May lead a team of professionals and analysts.
Please note: This role is a temporary role until Q4 2026 - when the LDC roll-out Austria is to be finished.
About the Role
Major accountabilities:
* Manage Financial performance, monitor business performance against set objectives and take corrective measures, as required.
* Provide ad-hoc reports to support management discussions and decisions.
* Manage the budgeting process for a TechOps site in Austria.
* Lead the implementation of risk management processes, financial compliance and controls (Business Process Controls [BPC], Internal and External Audits, financial regulatory topics) and manage the correct and timely implementation/compliance of financial, purchasing and control processes and policies.
* Provide well-managed and quality financial analysis and technical/analytical support to the business, effective financial critical information and prepare various high-level management reports on a monthly, quarterly and/or annual basis.
* Enable development of team members in NOCCs Hyderabad.
* Reporting of technical complaints/adverse events/special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.
* Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable).
* Functional Breath.
* Project Management.
* Operations Management and Execution.
* Critical Thinking skills.
* Financial And Management Reporting experience.
* Experienced in working in a Changing environment.
* Compliance And Controls.
* Professional level of English spoken and written; German not required but a plus.

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position, the minimum salary is € 73.113/year (on a full-time basis). The actual salary will be significantly higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications, and individual competencies.
