Your tasks:
In this role, you report to the Head of Compensation and Benefits and take care of compensation issues for the Plansee Group in an international context.
1. Proactive collaboration in the introduction of the compensation module in our HCM software Workday as well as the interfaces to sub-systems
2. Optimization of digitized processes in the compensation module in Workday, quality optimization of pay data and its presentation
3. Carrying out job evaluations, creating job descriptions as well as support with internal compensation guidelines and policies and presentation of various key figures
4. Participation in surveys on industry trends and benchmarks as well as configurations and maintenance of benchmark data as well as support of locations in ~ 30 countries
5. Continuous improvement of the planning tool for annual salary adjustments, as well as support for various compensation processes (e.g. annual bonus process)
Your profile:
6. Completed business studies with several years of relevant professional experience with a focus on compensation
7. Alternatively, comparable skills through many years of relevant professional experience in compensation issues
8. Experience in statistics and process management
9. Excellent English
10. Software experience with Workday is an advantage

Legally obligatory note for Austria: Minimum salary according to collective agreement IT (ST1) € 52,136/p.a. on a full-time basis and 14 salaries. We determine the actual value in a joint discussion. The further salary dynamics are based on individual development.
