YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Collaboration in the business development of the “ICE & Hybrid Propulsion Test Systems” business unit with a strong focus on strategy development, implementation and communication
2. Independent creation of analyses, presentations and documents that serve as a basis for decision-making
3. Independent design of projects in various areas and support in their implementation (markets, customers, competitors, costs...)
4. Ongoing updating and interpretation of business information and provision of country-specific information on competition and market potential at a cross-system and cross-product level
5. Active support and further development of the eCommerce platform (online sales) for the BU product portfolio
6. Communication interface to the business units, other business units, executive departments and the responsible persons in the affiliated companies
7. Representation of the business unit in projects and initiatives
8. Organization of events and workshops within the business unit and with the global affiliate organization
9. Standardization of business processes within the business unit
YOUR PROFILE:
10. Completed technical studies (University of Applied Sciences, TU) with a business background
11. Several years of professional experience in a comparable function in product management
12. Strong initiative and solution-oriented action, paired with great task awareness
13. Strong communication and social skills as well as a high level of commitment
14. Results-oriented way of working with a clear focus on implementation
15. Experienced with all common MS Office programs and presentation techniques
16. Business fluent in English (written and spoken)

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
