YOUR JOBAs a Marketing Automation Specialist and member of a team of 12, you will be responsible for managing the content of the conception processes in the area of Marketing Automation. You will also configure and implement solutions according to the specific requirements of our customers.Your job’s key responsibilities are:Planning and implementing rough and detailed concepts (big-picture, solution alignment, data model, segmentation models, marketing workflows) with our partner solutionsAdvising our customers on project-specific topics with a focus on digital marketing (process support and active customer contact)Supporting the presales process and conducting customer workshopsBuilding and maintaining customer relationshipsConfiguring and customizing the SAP marketing solution Emarsys as part of the SAP CX portfolioContinuous training on product developments and updates and completing corresponding certificationsYOUR SKILLS3+ years of professional experience in marketing automation (Emarsys, SAP Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing, Hubspot)Excellent communication skills in English (at least C1 level) and German (C2 level)Knowledge of REST APIs and data modelingEnjoy working on conceptual and analytical tasksOpen, communicative, and balanced personality who enjoys giving presentationsStrong intercultural skills and willingness to travel (approx. 20% of working time)Beneficial SkillsExperience in the implementation and configuration of IT applications in the CX areaKnowledge of CSS and HTMLWorking according to agile development processes (SCRUM, KANBAN, etc.)
