Product Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Our team is seeking extraordinary individuals ideally with experience in the Healthcare industry to take responsibility for a key product of our portfolio, its innovation pipeline and commercial launches. We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in strategy consulting, commercial strategies, or digital and technology. This role is part of the Global Business Unit “Connected Technology Solutions” and plays a critical role in driving business success for the overall company.
What you will do:
* Own the overall roadmap and lifecycle planning for your portfolio (hard- and software).
* Develop and drive the innovation strategy for your portfolio, including improvement and maintenance needs.
* Conduct voice-of-customer research and define product requirements.
* Run analyses on commercial performance, market, and competitor landscape.
* Derive commercial strategy, product positioning, and launch planning for your portfolio.
* Estimate and model business cases for your portfolio.
* Establish and manage strategic partnerships.
* Work closely with senior management, present results, and drive key decisions.
What you will bring:
* Excellent university degree in engineering, business administration, applied economics, natural sciences, or similar qualification.
* Several years of professional experience as a strategy consultant, with a leading healthcare company, or with an innovative small- to midsize enterprise in the digital space.
* Track record showing outstanding performance in consulting, marketing, product management, innovation, and/or commercial development.
* Proven content creator and problem solver with strong analytical and excellent execution skills. MedTech / Dental industry know-how is a plus.
* Well-organized and efficient, combined with a hands-on mentality.
* High level of business acumen and strong entrepreneurial mindset.
* Customer-centric mindset; design-thinking expertise is a plus.
* High level of social competence and team spirit.
* Strong communication skills towards senior management.
* Fluency in English; German is a plus.
Minimum monthly gross salary of at least € 2,691.00 (for Austria only) based on experience and skills.
