* Our clientele comprises over 3,000 companies, including the CRM solution 1 tool.
We are expanding our operations and seeking a seasoned Sales Manager (m/f/d) to drive growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a sales strategy that yields tangible results.
* Provide long-term support to key customers as a Key Account Manager.
* Represent the company effectively and foster sustainable customer relationships through strategic networking.
* Identify potential sales opportunities and secure new business.
* Presentation of products and provision of corresponding consulting services.
* Prepare and submit offers, negotiate contracts and prices, and close deals.
* Independently implement goals and objectives while collaborating closely with project management and the development department.
Requirements
* Commercial and/or technical education completed.
* Several years of experience in B2B sales or the sale of IT solutions.
* A strong affinity for innovative IT solutions and a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
* An independent and responsible approach to work, coupled with excellent time management skills.
* A high level of comfort with travel to clients and industry events.
* Effective communication and negotiation skills, complemented by a genuine passion for dealing with customers.
* Ability to collaborate within a team environment, maintain a professional appearance, and consistently deliver quality work.
