Your Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and optimization of high-voltage instrument transformers, focusing on design, performance, and reliability.
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance.
* Conduct advanced technical analyses and simulations to validate design concepts and troubleshoot complex issues.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies to inform product development strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
* Engage with customers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
* Represent Trench Group at industry conferences, seminars, and technical committees, enhancing our visibility and reputation in the market.
Your Profile:
* Engineering degree in electrical engineering.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in the design and development of instrument transformers or related products.
* Deep understanding of electrical insulation systems and magnetic materials.
* Proven track record of leading complex engineering projects from concept to commercialization.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Ability to travel as needed to support project and business requirements.
