The Role
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the Campaign Manager will develop and deliver on the overall campaign direction and end to end campaign management.
Develop and bring to life innovative, engaging brand experiences that resonate with fans, executed through stores, retail, and licensing partnerships, driving fan growth, engagement, and brand loyalty.
Oversee the project management of licensing collaborations, ensuring smooth communication with licensors and securing approval for all Marketing Plans and assets on schedule.
Lead internal brainstorming sessions to ideate and develop creative concepts for brand marketing campaigns, covering all areas of the marketing mix, and manage the rollout across digital and retail platforms.
Report on and share campaign performance data (reach, engagement, ROI), and provide actionable recommendations for future campaigns and initiatives.
Managing and mentoring one direct report: Marketing Coordinator
Role Requirements
Ideally 3+ years retail marketing experience; ideally in retail or children’s brand.
Relevant tertiary degree
Retail & digital marketing experience, solution focused and a forward & strategic thinker
Proven ability to collaborate with third-party agencies, including PR firms, advertising agencies, and charitable organizations
We would consider a senior level marketing coordinator or specialist who is ready to step up
