SPECIALIST, IT OPERATIONS (PRODUCT OWNER) (M/F/D)
In this dual role, you ensure the seamless integration of content, data, and strategy into relevant systems and tools, enabling efficient sales channel operations.
As Specialist, IT Operations, you define the technical product vision, develop solutions, and align omnichannel initiatives with business strategy and customer needs—bridging strategy with hands-on execution.
KEY MISSION AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Own and manage data flow and tools, ensuring integrity and quality.
* Act as the central coordinator between brands, categories, and stakeholders.
* Maintain and enhance sales tools, ensuring operational readiness.
* Gather business feedback on tools and processes, driving improvements.
* Ensure timely, high-quality data and content delivery for E-Commerce and Digital teams.
* Support supply and demand processes across E-Commerce, Wholesale, and Retail.
* Support the transition to a new Shopify-based e-commerce platform, including PIM/DAM integration.
* Develop and implement omnichannel solutions for a seamless customer experience.
* Bridge business strategy and technical execution through API and system integrations.
YOUR PROFILE AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
* Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role (sporting goods industry preferred).
* Strong end-to-end understanding of sales and planning processes and systems.
* Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP, Magento, Shopify, Salesforce, Adobe Systems, or Elastic Suite is a plus.
* Familiarity with PIM/DAM solutions and omnichannel workflows.
* Solid technical understanding of enterprise IT systems and interfaces, with hands-on development capabilities.
* Eagerness to take ownership of projects and responsibilities, driving personal and professional growth.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to approach challenges with a critical and innovative mindset.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

Compensation for this position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in the wood processing industry. Depending on your personal qualifications and vocational experience, we offer an appropriate payment in excess thereof for this highly responsible activity and opportunities for development in a globally active group of companies.
