Working in the Siemens Healthineers Global CRM Excellence team to drive innovative CRM projects and strengthen existing CRM backbone.
Responsibilities
This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a CRM Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
* Identifying, understanding, and solving Customer Relationship Management (CRM) related issues
* Managing projects consisting of various departments (e.g. IT, external vendors, country sales and sales support staff) to provide digital CRM related solutions
* Establishing and executing plans to ensure the quality and effectiveness of those solutions
* Product Owner for a digital product and/or application within the E2E CRM spectrum, including customer-facing applications; responsible for the planning of applications within the CRM ecosystem
* Communicating effectively with various stakeholders throughout the understanding and solutioning processes
* Driving innovation CRM projects or prototyping workstreams for early customer validation and leading idea generation as well as evaluation of innovation ideas in regard to their future business potential

* The complete software development life cycle (including requirement management) and the application of the Agile methodology
* Determining the root cause of business problems and developing business cases showing the value in solving them
* Developing and executing project plans and leading project teams; developing and grooming a product backlog
* Change Management - including communication planning and execution, and ensuring user adoption of digital CRM solutions
* The pain points surrounding the sellers of today and sales managers – preferably in a Healthcare market
* Tacton CPQ or other large commercial CPQ platforms as well as SAP ERP
* Applying Healthineers Performance System principles and/or Lean/Six Sigma concepts
* An understanding of the complete Material Master life cycle including the transactions from CRM to ERP systems.
Required skills to have for the success of this role (University Degree preferred or required, Years of Experience)
* 8+ years of Business Analysis, Data Analysis, IT Analysis, Project Management, Product Owner, Sales Support
* Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree preferred
* Strong business communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills
* Project management skills with the ability to motivate and lead project teams
* Advanced Problem Solving Skills
The pay range for this position is $130,000 - $190,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual incentive target is 15% of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
