That’s why we need smart, committed people to join us.Your role in our missionRestore contracts with clients responsible for 80% of revenue in DACH countries (420 clients), validate key master data (reconcile and clean types of services and their rates in the IM systems (SF, Ops systems and Oracle) with clients' legal documents).Locate physical or scanned copies of the valid contracts; in the case of absence either contact clients for their copies or initiate a signature of a new document with the client.Systems clean up: (i) ensuring that customer information settings are correct across the various system; (ii) set a history of previous price increases.Scan restored contracts to create a repository and database.Collecting customer critical master data (42 items of customer metadata, i.e. indexation clause, contract duration, SLA etc.) Identification of historical, non-standard for IM requirements in the contracts.Clean and reconcile clients Hierarchies across SalesForce, Ops systems and Oracle in line with Lightspeed recommendations.Eliminate many duplicated or obsolete accounts across the systems.Identify key root causes of wrong invoices and influence processes upstream to have a permanent fixture.Valued skills and experienceDegree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.Good written and oral communication skills – English.Good written and oral communication skills – German.Project team management.Quickly and positively adapts to change.Strong understanding of data quality principles and best practices.Experience with data governance frameworks and compliance standards.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while handling multiple tasks through completion.Sound experience in a customer services environment or administrative background or analytical work environment.Project management, process improvement experience.Category: Customer SupportIron Mountain is committed to intentionally creating and supporting an inclusive and diverse workforce.
