What Your Background Should Look Like
* Completed commercial training
* Certified payroll accountant
* Several years of experience in payroll accounting is advantageous
* Very good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel)
* Good knowledge of English
* Accuracy, high sense of responsibility and discretion
Your Tasks And Responsibilities
* Support with payroll accounting (incl. travel expense report)
* Supervision of time recording and absences
* Personnel administration – management of new hires and leavers
* Creation of various statistics (data preparation, data evaluation and analysis)
In order to immediately support our team in the payroll department, we will fill this position part-time for a limited time period. We are legally obliged to indicate the minimum salary for this position as per the collective agreement. This amounts to €3,252 - €3,812.00 gross per month (full-time, 14 times a year) depending on professional experience. We expressly point out the possibility of overpayment depending on qualifications and training.
Job Overview
TE's Payroll teams prepare, document and disburse payroll checks, payroll taxes and employee benefit payments. They evaluate current systems, and recommend and develop operating efficiency improvements. They also serve as liaison to employees and third party payroll vendors to ensure payroll processing accurately reflects company specific pay policies, monitor and ensure proper documentation of employee benefit payments and deductions and prepare reports illustrating payroll expenditures, including items such as tax payments and benefit plan disbursements.
