Based at their Head Office in Welshpool, you will be the first point of contact for the business. The Office Administrator provides day-to-day support to the Director and Management Team to ensure efficient and effective operations across the business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional, supportive, and growing team.
Duties include:
* Managing Reception - handling all incoming calls and enquiries;
* Booking all travel including flights, accommodation, and transport;
* Organising travel visas and mobilisation requirements;
* Producing and editing reports, presentations, and other documents;
* Organising and booking meeting rooms;
* Ordering and maintaining stationery, uniforms, and PPE;
* Co-ordinating staff functions and events;
* Maintaining office facilities and equipment including routine maintenance;
* Assisting the Director and accounts team during busy periods;
* Various other ad-hoc administrative/project duties as required.
The successful candidate will be passionate, motivated, and have strong people skills. A minimum of 3 years in a similar role and proficiency in MS Office are required. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills with a high attention to detail.
