The Role:
Nitro seeks an outgoing and strategic Senior Channel Account Manager with a pronounced hunter mentality. Located in Germany, Switzerland, or Austria (DACH region), this individual will spearhead our expansion in Germany and potentially into additional European markets.
What You’ll Do:
* Develop and implement a channel sales strategy to meet revenue goals.
* Actively recruit and nurture channel partnerships.
* Leverage your hunter instincts to capitalize on new business ventures.
* Train and support channel partners.
* Serve as a solution-selling expert.
* Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities.
* Work with internal teams to align channel strategies.
* Represent Nitro at industry events.
Who You Are:
* Fluent in German and English, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* 10+ years of channel management experience within the SaaS domain.
* Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
* Self-driven and outcome-focused.
* Passionate about travel for face-to-face meetings.
