Our client is a globally active company in special plant engineering, headquartered in Salzburg. They execute large-scale international projects and offer a dynamic work environment with very flat hierarchies.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and planning of low-voltage systems
2. Motor distribution and control
3. Automation and process visualization
4. Development of instrumentation specifications
5. Programming of PLC and SCADA systems
6. Technical coordination with clients and suppliers
7. Conducting Factory Acceptance Test / Site Acceptance Test
8. Working within an international team
Qualifications:
1. Completed education in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a related field
2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
3. Knowledge of bus systems such as Profinet and Profibus
4. Strong understanding of measurement and control technology
5. Experience in programming PLC and SCADA systems, preferably Siemens TIA Portal, S7, and WinCC
6. Knowledge of explosion protection (ATEX) is a plus but not required
7. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
8. German language skills are advantageous but not essential
9. Independent and reliable working style
10. Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%
Compensation and Benefits:
1. Gross annual salary ranging from 50,000 to 80,000 euros, depending on qualifications and experience
2. Potential to double net salary through travel allowances
3. 40% salary bonus for extended overseas assignments (over 30 days)
